4.2 Payment: All payments are processed securely. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other methods displayed at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

At AutoSpaTop we strive for 100% satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund policy below:

• Cancellation Before Service: Full refund if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellation Within 24 Hours: 50% refund if cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the appointment.
• No Refunds After Service Starts: Once the service has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
• Refund Requests: To request a refund, please submit your request via our contact form within 5 business days of your service date. Include your booking reference, date of service, and reason for the refund.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon approval.
• Exceptions: If any damage occurs due to our negligence, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis and may offer a full refund or complimentary rework.

6. Liability

AutoSpaTop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich.
